It is important to find your laughter again. It is the best medicine with no negative side effects. Find places you can enjoy comedy, humor, or other types of entertainment and have fun.


Exercise is a great way to boost mood and make your soul feel connected and grounded. Join a gym, work out with a buddy, or go hiking in nature. Take a daily walk outside and see how you feel afterwards. The effects may surprise you.

Some other tips that may help you include staying true to yourself. Be honest with how you need to be in recovery and stick to that new routine.
